Orders that are placed by 11am PST Monday-Friday are shipped the same day, providing the product is in stock. Otherwise product will be shipped the following business day.
When you select your shipping method your order will be sent to you via USPS. You may select a specific shipping method for speed of delivery. We reserve the right to upgrade your package to another shipping service, at no extra cost, in order to insure the fastest delivery possible (for instance FedEx to USPS priority mail). We also include a slight handling charge for each order to cover expenses incurred; this expense is included in the cost you see. For this reason fees may be higher than what you might find at the post office or at UPS/FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and US Federal holidays. Back-ordered items generally ship within 2-10 business days provided they are available from the manufacturer. USPS Express orders are only shipped Monday through Friday until 4pm each day. Express orders placed after 4 pm Friday or during the weekend, will be shipped on Monday or the first business day if Monday is a Federal holiday. They are usually guaranteed delivery the next day or 2 days depending on delivery location.

DABNutrition.net ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary.
Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. DABNutrition.net is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled.
Order Delivery & Backordering Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-48 hrs and email notification will be sent regarding back orders. You will be contacted if the item has become discontinued or is long term out of stock. If after 30 days we are unsuccessful in obtaining an ordered item, we will cancel the item off of your order and credit your account. You may also contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund. Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out backordered items.
Order Status & Tracking You will be sent confirmation of your online order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. When your order ships, you will also be sent a package tracking number or delivery confirmation number (USPS or FedEx) with instructions on how to track your package.
